Absolutely disgraceful excuse for human beings. Not to mention trusting them with any type of authority for managing. We were good tenants paying on time every week for 4 years with the exception of 1 week over Xmas which I put my hand up because I changed accounts over the Xmas period. Then last week where my partner overlooked the weekly payment because she is  undergoing cancer treatment. Knowing this information ROBYN decided to issue a notice to leave within 7 days if the payment wasn't made by 5:30pm and a comment "I SHOULDNT HAVE TO TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION THESE ARE NOT MY ISSUES YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID YOUR RENT. This all started getting sour when I requested an external entrance to replace the internal cardboard door to protect my family. I also requested a deadlock on the front and back door as a safety measure from burglars with our 4&5 year old children. Well what a problem this become. I also informed the amature agent that did the inspections, repetitively noting the dirty grout in the tiles was actually concrete mixed with grout during construction (so you can't get the grout any cleaner). Well obviously baby (Stephen) spit the dummy so (mother) Robyn had to put him back on the boob and begin her eviction campaign. I'd like to see what the authorities actually said when you went to the station and reported a mean message, I just escaped a life sentence in prison.  Robyn, Just admit you go down there for the free doghnuts!!!! In summary if you love haemroids the fiddens team is definitely the ones for you.

Absolutely appalling landlords. Any issues with the property are left for far to long, and despite keeping the property in immaculate condition they will always pick. If rent is 1 day late, even if its a bank delay you will recieve a breach notice. Hard to get in touch with, rent increases every lease renewal, and incredibly rude.
