Worst real estate agents i've ever had to deal with. Would not return the bond what so ever, even though we provided a receipt of bond clean and carpet cleaning. Their excuse was that it was not done by one of their "approved" cleaners. Bond was not returned in the end, even though the house was left cleaner than it was when we moved in. The staff are also very rude, and condescending. Being a foreigner, they thought they could say whatever they want and get away with it. When asked about the racial comments they made inside the office (Behind the fron counter) one of the young girls told me that they were just joking and not to worry about it. From what I have heard, they are trained to not return the bond so they can use it for themselves. Whether it be team dinners, or lunch or any type of company function, YOUR BOND WILL PAY FOR IT. I could not believe how many people have dealt with the same situation when dealing with these mongs whom call themselves real estate professionals. Quite ironic if you ask me, Because they are no where near professionals when the name suggests so! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE BUNCH OF HALF WITS!!!

I just wanted to put in writing my great impression of Lachlan as a real estate agent for the viewing I had with him. It is a hard process looking for rental accomodation and there are many to compete with in the application process. As an applicant you are one in many but Lachlan's correspondence and management of my interest and arrangement of the inspection was with great professionalism and respect for the individual applicant. I am sure that if I felt that way, others would most likely have felt the same.

Professionals Broadbeach illegally overcharged me and tried to take all of my bond when the lease contract ended. I am an immigrant so they were very rude to me and were racists. Especially Professionals Broadbeach and the owner of my previous rental house plotted together to deceive me and to rob my money.
