After nearly two months on the market to find a prospective tenant with another agency, we were recommended to Jasmine Kean by our friend who is another client of Gold Coast Property. We have loved dealing with Gold Coast Property Sales. They have been professional and informed throughout our whole sale. Our property was listed for sale on Wednesday and sold by Sunday due to Karen's great work and the large database of buyers that Gold Coast Property Sales has. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They have gone above and beyond and we have loved the little touches along the way.

Jackie Guy helped us immensely in buying our new home. We had been looking for months and after meeting Jackie for the first time she offered fantastic advice and assistance to us which resulted in us finally securing our new home. She went out of her way to help us and without her we would have missed out on buying the house we loved. She is a beautiful person and a very skilled and professional agent. We highly recommend her.

Being first home buyers we had our concerns and reservations. We weren't sure what to look for, where to buy and had a million and one  questions. A good friend highly recommended a realtor who helped her and her family by the name of Jackie Guy.
I gave Jackie a call and she arranged a time to meet that suited us. With the brief initial criteria we had given her of what we were looking for, she had straight away found a number of properties we would be interested in by the time we met up. 
Jackie answered all of our questions and and gave us very helpful and critical advice on things that we had not considered or even realised we had to know when buying a home.
Unlike other agents we had met previously, Jackie went out of her way and beyond to help and advise us throughout the whole process. She gave us confidence and understanding, and made the whole process a lot  less daunting.
We can't thank Jackie enough. She is like no other agent out there. We highly recommend Jackie Guy wether your buying, or selling or just need advice!

I cannot recommend Tina Nenadic and Gold Coast Property Sales and Rentals highly enough. Tina knows the market so well and works tirelessly for her clients. Nothing was too much trouble, new and inventive marketing was undertaken to get the best results and it is always done with great customer service. Tina and her staff are a rare mix in real estate today. You absolutely will not be disappointed that you chose Gold Coast Property Sales snd Rentals as your agent.
