Raine&Horne mermaid beach manage all 3 of my investment properties. I get photographic inspection reports quarterly and genuine care from the property team. Yes I want a good return, but I also want my investment to be maintained. The reports provided both tenant feedback and maintenance requirements. Therefore spending on suggested maintenance is a benefit to both me and the tenants. The team are also quick to ensure compliance with current legislation on fire alarms, electrical cut out switches and body corporate by-laws against both me the landlord and the tenant. Thus ensuring that prevention against insurance breaches and fines are avoided.

I have only dealt with Ruth Chessell, so I cannot speak for the rest of the team, but Ruth is a consumate professional and easy to get along with. Highly recommended.

Finding an excellent property manager is like winning lotto! Ever since the day I entrusted Anthony Steinberg to manage my investment property in Miami he has gone above and beyond. A level of service that I have never experienced in my 20 years as a property investor. I handed over a unit that had a tenant not paying rent and trashed. Anthony co-ordinated everything, from dealing with the tenant to QCAT then with the insurance company and finally the renovations. Then he placed an awesome tenant who paid a rent beyond my expectations. As I am based in Sydney, Anthony has always been easily contactable and happy to share his knowledge.

This place is a joke and run by mindless people. The realestate doesn't maintain anything on the properties it manages and when tenants complain they breach them. They think a house with kids shouldn't have balls in the front lawn. If I could rate them any lower I would.
