Katrina Walsh from Harcourts Coastal is the best real estate agent I have dealt with, and there have been dozens. She is professional, dedicated and smart, in the multi million price range, but made all buyers comfortable, I can tell by the comprehensive feedback reports that I regularly received. Thorough, no stone left unturned attitude. Attention to detail and doggedly persistent, we sold for a record price well above our reserve. Very Happy. Couldn't recommend Katrina and her team enough.

Rented a property through Harcourts for 2 years. The most stress free and friendly experience we have ever had through a real estate. Responded promptly and any issues were addressed immediately. The bond exit was a breeze. All due to the service of Crystal, our property manager.

Helpful staff and great followup service.
Micheal Ramsay helped me change over from my previous agent and Emma has looked after me since then.  Emma has been proactive and stays on top of things, such as keeping me updated when the previous tenant moved out.  I had about 3 days where my property was empty and we got a nice little increase in the rate.

Wow, my husband and I are so impressed with the service that we received from Micheal (the BDM) and Dani (Property Manager) and Emma (Property Manager). From the moment we attended the inspection through to the moment we got our "Congratulations, you've been approved" phone call, the process was seamless. We have rented many properties over the past 7 years and I have to say, this has been our easiest, most stress-free and most memorable experience to date. I also loved that we received text message and email notifications each step of the way, it meant I didn't need to follow them up as they kept me so well informed. Not only were these 3 super efficient at their jobs, they were also nice to deal with, and very helpful. I highly recommend Harcourts Coastal and their Property Management team and want to say thank you so much for making this process so simple.
