Twice within 1 month towards the end of our lease agreement, we were met at our front door for a viewing of which we had not been notified of. To let this happen a second time after notifying and being in discussion with the property managers regarding the first entrance without notice, shows that this property group does not care for the people paying the rent. Will not be renting from or having any future properties managed by Realty Blue.

Advertised as pet friendly and we were told we were in the final stages, waited a week for a response and in the end we were denied due to having a cat. The staff were friendly, the home owners/clients are not.

We recently engaged Julia Sabani from Realty Blue to manage our rental property at Mermaid Waters. When I first met Julia I was so impressed by her passion for what she does and how easy it is to talk to her. Julia has incredible attention to detail, is an extremely professional and very understanding. I have absolute peace of mind that Julia will look after my house and I can leave it in her capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Julia. Kind Regards Suzan Van
