""Auberge des Princes", gelegen aan de Leuvensesteenweg te Kortenberg, is gehuisvest in een historisch pand dat al decennia lang de lokale gemeenschap van drank en spijs voorziet. Sinds december 2010 zijn Denis en Lenny, samen met hun partners Khadija en Eszter, de trotse eigenaren van het etablissement, waar ze met passie en toewijding hun team leiden. Denis heeft zijn strepen reeds verdiend toen hij in 1996 Agua Dulce opende aan de Zoete Waters in Oud-Heverlee. Chef Cazenave, die sinds 1997 onder de vleugels werd genomen door Denis, brengt de smaken van België tot leven achter het fornuis. Lenny begon zijn carrière in 1999 als keukenhulp in Agua Dulce, om daarna met Chef Cazenave achter het fornuis de knepen van het vak te leren..."
