Beth coloured my hair and did an amazing job. She was also really friendly and easy to chat to. The lady at the counter was really lovely too! I would recommend this place to others. They also gave me the best price out of all the salons in the centre. Great job ladies! 👍👍👍

We came in today ( Sunday) and the lady at the counter didn't give us good customer service. She has attitude and we felt we were not welcome. We came to get our kids hair cut. So now we will never go there as we found someone else better and so polite.

Angela is a really great eyebrow waxer! She did my eyebrows for the first time and was really nice and understanding about my nerves. I have continued to go back there periodically and will do so as long as Angela works there.

Got my eyebrows waxed a while ago but judging by the reviews the place is still bad. I have a scar from a stylist who shouldn't have been waxing at all. When I called, the woman who answered said she didn't know anything about it and couldn't help, and awkwardly ended the call. The stylist also dripped hot wax in my hair and on my clothes. It's been maybe a year and a half, but I still have a scar from a service I paid for.

I didn't think I would ever be reviewing a store for their service (or lack of), however after my bad experience yesterday I could not get past it and felt the need to do so. 

I went to price attack strathpine and was approached by an older woman who worked there. I was happy to buy a specific brand of colour depositing shampoo (one I have used a lot before in a different colour and have been satisfied with) she suggested a conditioner instead which i was ok with as well. 
I tried to explain what I wanted the product to do but as I did she suggested I go with a colour foam (which I have used before but didn't really like) it didn't seem like what I was after..

I felt that I may have worded it wrong and tried to explain again what I wanted and she proceeded to get loud and was repeating "you don't even know what you want" which I apologised for being confusing, to which she rudely replied "NO, IM NOT THE ONE CONFUSED, YOU CLEARLY ARE"... she then turned to my waiting husband and said "she (me) literally just said something different just before didn't she!" 

After standing there awkwardly (because I was genuinely shocked at the way she was speaking) I tried to politely end the conversation by saying that I would probably have to think about it, which she continued to rudely say "YES YOU SHOULD DO THAT"... it might sound less rude through a typed paragraph but the tone she took, as well as getting loud and pretty much making me feel like I was an idiot because I didn't know which product to buy (I'm not a hairdresser) was ridiculous for a person who's job is to HELP A NON-HAIRDRESSER FIND THE RIGHT HAIR PRODUCT.... 

I honestly didn't want to type all of this but I hope the company helps this assistant with further appropriate training. I have worked in retail and customer service for over 10 years and would assume that she would have more workforce experience being much older than myself.... but it's never too late to learn from your mistakes right? 

One star from me... I will never shop at price attack again.
