I booked a cab after working a 18 hour shift.
I asked the receptionist if I could please be collected from Bulgara. (The place I finished working on the main power grid).

After a 30 min wait I rang the company to enquire about the estimated time of arrival.

The lady said that I have been labeled as a person the couldn't pick up......

I asked why? They said that I'm intoxicated and aggressive....

Having not had any drink, and not even having the chance to talk to a driver, I'm really confused as to why I would be labeled that way...

Long story short, Karratha taxis picked me up and I tipped the driver $400 for assisting me to get home after a large working week.

What an extremely poor customer service premier taxis offer.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, worst experience I've ever had! Would rather walk than use this rip off pirates!!!!
