Used this company twice while on a short holiday.  Taxi arrived quickly both times. Drivers were friendly and courteous. Cars were clean

I have waited 5 minutes at some times, 2 and a half hrs or longer other times, and sometimes they just don't come even though the operator says that they are only a few minutes away. Don't rely on these guys if you are on a tight schedule, and be prepared to wait...

Third time in a row we have called for a taxi and waited over 40 minutes with no show or call to apologise for the delay. Will not use again!

Normally they are so good but our driver ranted about his view on the vaccine talking about how he's pro choice and you should be aloud to chosetried to get me and my friends to take our masks off and didn't wear one himself, me and both my friends are immune compromised and I felt very unsafe, tried to tell us that masks don't work and that they're bad for you. It's disappointing really. Regardless of your view on anything bringing it up to someone who is a passenger in your cab who is paying your service costs who can't say anything for fear of their ride being cut short if just unacceptable behaviour.

I have no problem with the Kalgoorlie driver , only that I have been ringing for assistance since 8.56pm and always told my driver will be there shortly several times  and I myself rang about 7 times and my friend several times also and finally after a lot of calls I finally got my ride home after 11pm I am not very happy as all I wanted was to get home and was never once told that there was an issue with my driver and as I have said my issue isn’t with the Kalgoorlie driver but who was taking all my several calls

We called them and they said a taxi was on their way but 20 minutes late we called again said it was close, then another 10 minutes we ask where the hell it is and they say 300 meters away, but taxi never came 15 minutes later we ended up calling another cab. Wouldn’t call this place again.

All depends on the driver you get whether or not your experience with them is going to be ok. Me personally, i am very chatty and respect anyones job position, so I have found my last 2 rides with a twin city cab driver has been great.

Polite courteous and helpful used them a couple of times. When you book a cab for 0555hrs in the morning they will be pulling up the drive at 0554hrs. Will use again.
