The lady taking our booking was unnecessarily rude! Took a ridiculous amount of time and never actually got our taxi! She kept declining our calls and then gave us a fake name when we asked to talk to her manager… absolutely disgusted when she cancelled our booking altogether and was swearing at us! Would never book with them again. Broome taxis all the way ! Rebecca please see this x
What a HORRIBLE company. I ordered a taxi at 8.50 from a very abrupt woman who gave me no wait time before she hung up. Waited in the sun for 30 minutes and called back. She rudely told me I was next in line. I waited another 30 minutes. Called Broome Private Taxis and Paul arrived in less than 2 minutes. Cheers to Broome Private Taxis and Jeets to Chinatown Taxis.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Told me my taxi would be “soon”. Waited 30 mins - tried to call back - no reply. When he arrived, he proceeded to tell me that it was for someone else - who didn’t even ORDER THE TAXI!!! He picked up ONE person and told me to get another taxi. There was a normal taxi next to his own. I needed a taxi for 6 people….. Definitely the rudest driver I have ever spoken to.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The receptionist taking our calls proceeded to say the taxi was 3 minutes away for about 45 minutes. We tried to call back numerous times which we were met by constant excuses and then she proceeded to end the call. After calling back on my mothers phone she answered and then she proceeded to scream and swear at my 60 year old mother. This is disgusting behaviour and I am appalled by this woman’s actions. In the future I will not be using this service and I hope this woman’s actions are dealt with immediately.
The woman on the phone was not helpful. Waited 35 minutes for our taxi to “arrive” which it never did. When I rang & asked for help she swore, was blunt and put me on hold after asking where it was. Don’t book with this company because you will be waiting for a non-existent taxi to arrive & a rude receptionist who won’t help you after.
Disappointed with repeated comments that driver wouldn't be long. Still waiting 40 minutes later, all for a quick trip into town. I could have walked there by now. If a company can't give you an ETA I'd steer clear. Being this late has ruined my night.
Taxi was late. When we rang to check on it, they kept saying it was 5 minutes away, 3 times. It was 30 minutes late in the end resulting in us missing our flight.
We used the service five times during our visit. Friendly and efficient both on phone and the drivers. The maxi taxi driver was very good.
