Story

Our office is conveniently located at 7/32 Lonsdale Street, Braddon, in the heart of the vibrant Inner North of Canberra. Such a central location is ideal for servicing the whole of the ACT region.

The partners for PRDnationwide Canberra are Jeremy Francis, Justin Ingram and Andrew Early. With their combined experience of 41 years, and our dedicated and motivated staff, you will be in knowledgeable and expert hands.

We are fully qualified and proficient in all aspects of real estate. Our staff regularly participate in a rigorous training program to give you, our clients, the highest professional service. We have an extensive database of proven buyers, and many recommendations and letters of appreciation.

Past and ongoing achievements for PRDnationwide in Canberra are numerous. Our partners have achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in sales right across the ACT and beyond. We are proud to have set many sales records. We have been involved in many high profile apartment and townhouse developments across Canberra. For example:$25 million in sales at the First Edition housing precinct, Kingston Foreshore$3.5 million in sales at The Waterfront, Kingston Foreshore$2.8 million in sales at the ApARTments, Acton.

OUR BUSINESS

You will discover a wide gamut of real estate services at our Inner North office. There is, of course, the core business of buying, selling and renting residential and commercial property. Our staff are highly skilled to manage all areas in dealing with purchasers, vendors and landlords, and we boast a particularly strong leasing department. We are experienced auctioneers. Additionally, we provide commercial and development consultancy, source opportunities for our clients, and are committed to creative marketing, sound operational systems, and up-to-date market research. Our extensive clientele includes the general public, government departments, corporate buyers, large investors, and some of the most substantial developers and builders in Canberra.
