Contacted this agent on four separate occasions about viewing a property that is still for sale for 478K on Leichhardt st and didn't receive a single response beyond the fairly abrupt and uninterested 'I'll call you back' responses to my calls. It was first on my list of preferences but as I never got to see it I purchased a different property.  Utterly bizarre- it was like they didn't want to sell it- I can only assume they have someone in mind who wants it but they're trying to knock the price down by convincing the current owner no one is interested. 

I would definitely would not sell my property through these guys as they seem to be either lazy or dishonest.

Absolutely joke of an agents. Trying to view and close the deal within a day. No interest horse around with us for 2 weeks. Pathetic agency to deal with. And making personal judgements. Never in my life have dealt with such an unprofessional company. Stay clear sellers and buyers.

Told off by Mr. Cappa an arrogant and unprofessional agent over the phone who just would not shut up or listen. In hindsight, I should probably yelled back at him or just hang up. He was plain rude. Never buy any property on the market that has his name on it as agent!
