We have been using Park Trent for about 10 years to manage our furnished investment unit and in that time have always had excellent service from the property management team. We have found them to be proactive, diligent and their communications between the tenants and us has been exemplary. We live in Sydney and when the tenants have requested replacement items or repairs, the team at Park Trent have organized this in a timely fashion. The only thing i can say about Ron Cross is that he is a great publc speaker... smooth eloquent and trys to identify with the working class.... But in saying that so was Adolf Hitler. i shocks me to no end that Con Artists like Ron Cross have been allowed to operate for so long, conning so many hard working Australians out of 10s and thousands of dollars, not only that ripping off his own employees with unpaid Super, overtime and paying out entitlements upon cessation of employment. If you want financial advice dont visit this clown do your research and seek independent financial advicefrom somebody who actually is licensed to do it. the only thing Ron has acheived in his life is the Art of deception i do hope that the government puts him under the microscope and imprisons him and he can spend his time in incarceration reading his copy of Mein Kampf.

Over the last 12 months We have had the pleasure of having Erika as our property manager, Erika has always communicated professionally with us either by email or phone calls in a very fast & timely manner on behalf of the park Trent properties group. Erika has actioned any issues or questions and followed up to make sure things were completed. Erika is a great assett to the property management team and knows how to do her job. Unfortunately it is time to move on but I would have no hesitation in going back or nominating Erika.

Incompetent at best. The worst property managers we have ever had - and we have had some shockers over the last 30+ years. It was only after we sacked them that we realised their record keeping was less than sub-standard (they didn't even know who was living in one property) and when we looked at the - very sparse - documentation they gave us I realised that they hadn't even bothered to spell our tenants' names properly (each letter they sent had a different spelling). We had specifically requested certain clauses in our leases and we discovered that they had not done that. They didn't even bother to tell us that one set of tenants had never been up-to-date in their rent for the whole term of their 2+ year lease. Tenants beware - they will not pass on your messages/complaints etc to the owner, they will lie about you to the owner and don't keep their records up-to-date. Park Trent had been OK for about 8 years but recently staff left because they didn't pay decent wages and guess what, you get what you pay for. Summary: bad service for property owners and just as bad for tenants. And they are the gift that keeps giving.... months later we find out that they didn't even have the correct names of the tenants on the bond forms. This will take months to untangle. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!

Incompetent at managing rental properties. Let tennants run rampant and left the property in a horrid state.
