Went to an open house for Luton which was up for auction and asked via email if vendors would consider selling prior to auction. Was told it was too early to consider that and yet it sold within a couple of days, and the auction was cancelled. They didn't contact us to ask if we were interested, and honestly we would have paid more than what it went for. They obviously weren't working in the best interest of the vendors or at least making every attempt to maximise the sale price. I wouldn't sell through Luton if you're looking for the best price. Disappointing... As for response below- you can't just treat people badly then appease them. There's nothing to discuss at this point. People purchasing property are first of all people, then purchasers.

Lauren Tye has been amazing in helping us sort out our tenancy in Braddon-she was responsive and always willing to help answer any questions we had. She also processed our application quickly and kept us updated throughout the exercise and came back with a response in a timely manner. While we encountered a more commercial approach from some other agencies, we generally found dealing with Lauren and Luton pleasant and personalised!

Teagan Wain and Lauren Tye have done an exceptional job of tenanting and managing our first investment property. They were approachable from the start, and conducted thorough reference checks on all applicants. This allowed my brother and I to pick the most suitable tenant who has promptly signed a lease. We now rest assured that our biggest asset is in the best of hands!

I am so unhappy that manager don't give me the bond with lots of reasons, and the attitude make people unacceptable. Their efficiency of execution is lower than most rental companies and We always do as they want but not satisfy their requirements. We are also their customers but they do me like a product. I don't wanna write this comment but it is really not a happy ending. I will return to my country but they always waste me much time on the bond. I have to remanage my schedule in the end. I hope this company will improve theirselves in the future and take care of all customers trust and patience to them.
