I agree with Cherry to every detail she has described about the service provided by LJ Hooker Manuka. Very unprofessional and inefficient. Will never use their services anymore. Highly not recommended unless anyone enjoys stress.

Very Poor Customer Service. It is almost impossible to get the correct person on the phone to resolve your problem once you are renting. Once you are renting from them it almost seems as though they can't be bothered responding to requets and enqueries as long as they recieve the rent.
