Extremely unhelpful staff, second time in there trying to look for a bit of help and the answer as always “ I don’t know - there’s some cards help yourself” …. Kudos to the staff in Fitzroy the girl in there went above in beyond helping me finding what I was looking for. To anyone reading this don’t bother to come in with questions they won’t help you, you better go to porter’s in Fitzroy.

Exceptional customer service. After reaching out to Porters Paint Prahran for help with colours and paints to use whilst in lockdown I was served over the phone by Christina showroom manager. Christina went out of her way to provide suggestions on colours and how to achieve particular styles/ techniques. Her helpful and honest approach was extremely beneficial.

Great selection of unique paints & styles and I was very happy with the service and of course the final result on the wall.

awesome staff , very knowledgeable and trendy so I trust their advice which is saying a lot because I dont even allow my partner of 14 years to have any input, so right on. oh and the product,; aaaahmazing. but as Porter's so eloquently puts it; you must have talent and skill to make this work otherwise you're spending thousands on a project you're overwhelmed with. for designers this is a gold mine of possibility.

Old fashioned quality service from lovely staff. A fantastic array of colours and finishes and a very high quality product. Just be aware that they close weekdays at 5pm.
