Very disappointing - Its been a week and our online order from Melbourne to Sydney has still not arrived and we paid express post!

Fenton and Fenton are completely unprofessional. We had ordered an item in November and it has not been ready for collection until now and we are in February. When asked if they could deliver as we live very far away they had the nerve to quote us a delivery price and state that we only deliver to Metro areas. No compensation was offered.

We had purchased this item as we wanted to use it for new years eve. Fenton and Fenton must think the new year falls in February.

Do not deal with this overpriced company as all they specialise in is ripping people off and providing an inadequate service. Try your luck at any of the shops down Church St where you'll find the same items at half the price.

Their furniture is nice, but it is insanely overpriced. They occasionally have warehouse sales, so I'd wait for those.
