Amazing customer service!!! I went and tried dresses on in the Melbourne store and had the most amazing experience (which I appreciated considering how nervous I was about the whole 'finding a dress' situation). I wasn't able to try my dress on in white (only had my size in another colour). It arrived within 2 weeks all carefully wrapped up in a box and the dress looks absolutely beautiful. I couldn't thank the staff in the Melbourne store enough for all their help ☺️ I could not be happier with my dress and the service I received during the process!

Booked an appointment.. requested particular size for my sister in law to ensure she could try things on and nothing was organise. Cheap material and generic.

I went there from long trip but when I’ve arrived they didn’t let me enter the store because I came without an appointment. They should mention that you should book an appointment before you come !!
