I bought some expensive shoes from here and after two wears the fabric had peeled, making them look tatty. I took the shoes back as I was most disappointed that expensive shoes look so awful after two wears. They sent them off to the head manager and called me to say that no exchange would be offered as they think I had been driving in them which caused the peeling. I hadn't driven in them, which I explained. Most disappointed as shoes should be made for every day wear- driving/walking etc unless otherwise specified. I won't be buying any more shoes from here and rate their management and customer service poorly.
