Nick at the Porsche dealership has been exceptional. very informative and helped me deliver the vehicle earlier than expected. would highly recommend Nick to my family and friends.

Nothing like getting your car back from a repair and the seat has marks all over it.  "No, the dehumidifier wouldn't cause that, it sits on a piece of foam. Not sure what we can do?"  Not so keen on further servicing here.  Not keen on buying my next Porsche from here either.  Became a very expensive experience. Not a lot of empathy shown.  I'm done. Bring on a new Mercedes Benz.

I recently purchased Porsche Cayenne coupe from Nicholas Di Sisto. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient with me as I decided to change options multiple times along the way. I will definitely be returning to him when the time comes for a new car. Thanx Nickolas and the entire Porsche Collingwood team !!

The attitude of the salesman lost you a sales. Came in to do a test drive with the Macan. Got told it was not available, so asking about the cayenne. Got told to put $5000 deposit without asking me to do the test drive!!! Brought my money to Mercedes, and bought the GLE, at least they know how to do customer service. DO NOT JUDGE PEOPLE BY VISUALS

Unbelievable customer service!  Although I wasn't a customer, I just had to leave this review.  We drove past the dealership yesterday and my 8YO son who is porsche obsessed, asked if we could have a look.  We went inside to just look around and see some of his hero cars, the display on offer was amazing!  He just wanted to see them but the staff insisted that he sit in the cars which made his day. When they saw his passion, one of the team offered to let him have a sneak peak in the service area out the back. We saw a beautiful 959 and classic 911s.  He made his day by giving him a porsche hat and a couple of take away goodies.  Seriously, SENSATIONAL service and customer care. My wife loves the new Macan, we will be back to look at one in the future.  Hats off to the team, well done!

Bought second vehicle of PCM in two years, so a return customer. The vehicle had a defect and the defective part Instrument Cluster was exchanged but the second part was also defective and fitted. When asked for dates for the second rectification some 2 1/2 months later I was told I had all the information required so as far as PCM is concerned they will take as long as they want/need and that's it. Emailed GM with no response. Everything is very nice up until you have paid the money. My expectation is that Porsche would apologies for the stuff around and advise me that the part is ordered with a due date but apparently that seems unreasonable. Price-performance relationship is totally out of whack, the brand was build on quality and customer service, however my experience may be isolated to PCM.
