I bought my Nissan Kicks here three years ago and only have great things to say about the sales team as well as the Service Dept. All my car service work has been done here and I am always greeted like an old friend dropping in to say hello when I come in for an appointment! At the beginning of the holidays I had a flat tire and the service team managed to get me a new matching snow tire before Christmas to ensure my holidays went ahead as planned. I highly recommend doing your service work here as well as buying your next car!
They were so awesome and friendly! It was my first time going there and the staff made me and my dog! feel like family. They were great at communicating with me and understanding my needs.
What a breath of fresh air this dealership is! Excellent experience with all the staff. We are from out of town, staying in Wasaga Beach for a month, when the oil light came on. Quick call to the dealership and an appointment was made. The dealership is a 15 minute walk to Sunset Point, which is where we decided to go, rather than their very cool outdoor gazebo waiting room. We will definitely come back here next year, our Nissan dealership could learn about customer service from this dealership!
Longtime customer, I just popped in to ask about small mark on my car from a parking lot, Touched up w/ a little paint, out the door in 10 mins, no charge. That’s Customer Service!!

Outstanding service! I have never been to a dealership like this before. The sales people are relaxed, and are squarely focused on helping you get what you need. I was provided with lots of options and there was a sense that they cared more about helping me than getting a sale. Everything was explained carefully and thoroughly, without any pressure. So grateful!!
Just bought a car from Collingwood Nissan and very happy with the whole experience. Manda and Amanda are very professional and easy to deal with. The whole transaction including financing was done over the phone and email, I needed to come to the dealership only once, to pick up the car.

My wife and I visited Collingwood Nissan on vacation in July. The staff there were very helpful and friendly to us. We wound up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle which was cleaned and polished like new!! Special mention to sales rep 'John' who was extremely helpful and made our experience very pleasant and satisfactory!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!
I had the pleasure to meet Chris, I have purchased vehicles from Mike and have met some of the folks in the service department. I have to say what a great pleasure it’s been. Not often these days do we see people that are very sincere, but these guys go over the top for the customer. Any situation I have had , has been dealt with fairly and promptly, it doesn’t get any better than that!! Ron Lloyd
