From the first time we walked in the dealership, right through the entire sales and delivery process, we were amazed by the fantastic service at Audi Centre Melbourne. Corey is an excellent sales person and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales tactics with this man! Negotiated a great purchase price too. Would also like to acknowledge the fantastic service from Lynnelle the business manager! And not to forget Nick from the delivery point of view who showed us all the ins and outs of our Q5. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Audi!!!

An amazing level of service from this dealership from the moment we expressed interest the car to the moment we picked it up. We got nothing but professional service and advice from Charles and Nick did an amazing job of making sure he answered all our questions before we left. Charles professionalism and ability to understand our requirement is second to none. I have been a Mercedes advocated for a long time but I can see how Audi is an outstanding brand with people like Charles representing this brand. Thank you and we will certainly be back. P.s.we drove 1hr to get this vehicle only due to the fact the local dealers weren’t interested in either calling us back or could answer simple questions like colour and options. Charles went out of his way to drive to us for the first viewing. 10/10 service we would recommend everyone to first speak to Charles here at this dealership before purchasing a new vehicle elsewhere. Thank you once again.

I went in very late one afternoon and had exceptional service from Sam McLean. He didn't push me into any purchase, took me for a test drive and gave me all the information I needed. I came back a couple of days later and completed a very smooth purchase. Sam went above and beyond his role, constantly replying to my emails in a very quick and professional manner, and helped me choose my perfect car from start to finish. I would highly recommend Sam and Melbourne Audi for any purchase.

Want a new Audi? Go see Blake at Audi Centre Melbourne! A great guy who knows his stuff. I had a million questions about 3 different models and he had the answer to all of them. So easy to deal with, great customer service not only during the purchase phase but also after delivery. Amazing showroom, amazing facilities and an awesome relaxed no pressure buying experience.

Great experience and extremely professional. Sam McLean was a great help and I would highly recommend him and this dealership. He was the most friendliest, knowledgeable and down to earth car salesman I have dealt with. I have referred his details to several people looking to buy Audi in the coming months. Can’t say enough good things about Sam and the team at Zagame !
