This bloke is very unethical, rude and kinivving. Take your bike to him with care. I took my bike here as he claimed to not do repairs and thus was not incentivised to fail it. Two days later after I found out he had failed the bike and when I went to pick it up he had sourced multiple parts and had the bike half ‘repaired’ - some parts he claimed were repaired and wanted payment for I had completed 4 months earlier - after I explained I had not wanted him to fix anything he abused me and wanted to charge storage fees for the three days. This man is extremely untrustworthy, enter with caution if you 100% have to enter at all!!!

Bruce did a great job of getting my import SP registered in Vic. Always kept in contact. Great job done in one week including 2 road worthies and Vic rego. Thanks Bruce

When I walked in, another customer told me to read the Google reviews before I gave this guy money. I wish I had. My roadworthy certificate ended up costing me hundreds of dollars due to "contaminated brake fluid" and other alleged issues. He told me it was too dangerous to ride the scooter out of there because it might explode. But the real problem was that, despite telling me he would call me before spending any money, I received a phone call AFTER it was done so I couldn't get a second opinion or approve the costs. When I questioned why he hadn't called me earlier, he yelled at me on the phone and told me he would return my scooter to its "original condition". I asked him to please not sabotage the scooter and he hung up on me. When I went in there to pay for the costs I hadn't approved, I said he had no right to hang up on a paying customer just because I questioned the work he'd done. He screamed at me in person and used the F word. I ended up paying because I just wanted my scooter back and I was so worried he was going to do damage to it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE YELLED AT.

I had the same with the braking fluid. Just don't go to this place, you will regret it.

KEEP AWAY!! BRUCE IS A CROOK! I believe the negative reviews here, because i experienced the same! Rude, manipulative, and the famous 'break fluid was contaminated' scam he has going on, what a joke, considering I just had that serviced by another mechanic, and when I showed him the papers, he stated he got mixed up with another car???!!! what a crook!
