I have come to try every single item on the menu and have been positively impressed by everything - seriously - every.single.one of them. Do NOT leave here before you try the Mushroom Monsieur, Gnocchi with Beef Cheeks, Shiitake Mushrooms, Cheese & Bacon Toastie, Cheese & Bacon Burger and Pork Belly Burger. PRO TIP: ask Kirsten for recommended sides - thank me later Super welcoming, super chill, super unpretentious - just super all around.
Coffee is really good, but I can't say so for the food and it came out lukewarm like it's been left at the counter for awhile . The gnocchi was very average, the top sliced cheese was hard. The toastie was so salty, again also was served lukewarm. Service was OK though, friendly staff.
I had the BEST gnocchi breakfast dish ever. Imagine a slightly crispy exterior soft centred gnocchi with pulled pork topped with soft boiled egg and grated parmesan cheese. So good. Great service and really reasonably priced. I'll definately be back again with my partner :
I come to Hoppa and Joe for my coffee almost every morning. I’m always greeted with a wonderful smile. I don’t need to place the order, they know exactly what I like. Great coffee with great customer service, what a way to start the day! Russell
Yummy varied menu , lots of outside seats so good for dog owners. Chai latte so good,great coffee too and staff so friendly.Food: 4/5
Terrible customer service, very slow and unable to take basic orders. Overcharged and only when check receipt later did they rectify it. Had bacon and egg sandwich, bacon not cooked properly, onions not caramelized. Overall very disappointed with this place
