The internet states that the clinic is open from 7:30 but I am not able to get through as the phone lines are still turned off with an after hours message.
Made a face to face appointment for today at 12:30. Appointment was made two hours prior and was there at 12:20. Was in chronic pain from back injury. Receptionist said to have a seat. Waited 45 minutes and then watched another person wait 3 minutes before being called in. Questioned receptionist about appointment and she said “oh I had you down for a 12:30 phone consultation” . Two things .... my phone never rang the whole time I was there and wouldn’t the receptionist look at the booking sheet when I walked in ? Absolutely incompetent!!!
The woman in reception are always polite. Nurse Jane Day is really lovely and nice. She always brings a smile to my face.
Had a telehealth appt at 9:30am.. Decided to ring in at 10 past 10 as I hadn't yet been called As i was ringing in and on hold, the clinic called me and i missed it..i rang back within 1 minute to be told I'd lost my spot in the queue and I'd get another call. 10:45 and no calls. Great way to waste your morning!
My father recently went here and couldn't get in to see his normal doctor, so he saw Dr Reshma Mohammad. The service was fine, however her fee was much higher than his usual doctor. She charged $117 for a 15 minute consultation, and the gap was $43. His normal doctor charged $78.20 for a longer half hour appt with a gap of $40. Same price to my Dad, but much more expensive to the tax payer. Why would Dr Mohammad charge so much more, thereby requiring Australian tax payers to pay the rest?
The ladies at the reception were super nice and friendly. Dr. Josh was super professional and attentive. Keep up the good work and professionalism.
The doctors at Point Lonsdale Medical clinic are always very thorough and caring. It is worth the extra drive to go to this clinic.
Called in at lunch time with a problem script .The receptionist and the doctor were friendly and most helpful resolving the issue quickly. Most impressed.
Brilliant care. Very considerate and lovely team.
