A real gem! Stunning nature spot about 20-30 min drive south of Canberra. A bush trail, dotted with wild blackberry thickets, follows the Murrumbidgee River all the way to Pine Island from Hut Crossing which opens out to little swimming spots along the way. Nature lovers and dog walkers will love this part of the country.

Lovely shaded area. Picnic tables. No bbq's. No bins (take it home) generally peaceful.

Its nice. 
It needs a Tree surfing area. Flying fox .
Food expensive.
Has potential 
Nice for a day out but dont get too excited
