Great play and BBQ area. There's a broad range of play equipment for kids of different ages including more challenging flying foxes. There's plenty of trees surrounding the park to offer shade areas. But there's not a huge amount of shade over the playground, so make sure the kids are well covered for the sun. There's a few free plate style BBQ spots with seating and water taps. These are all nicely located underneath some great shade trees and relatively clear to parking and toilet facilities. Also plenty of open space for low key ball sports or frisbee.

It's a great park area. Great choice of activities for the children to do, toilet facilities very handy. Something I've always thought it needs fencing.

So I hadn't been here since I was a kid. Turns out it's pretty darn good. My kids loved it.
