Anna has the happy knack of working you to your personal capacity without exceeding it and amazingly making it a fun experience. She varies your program so that there are new exercises to challenge you every single session, some feat as we have attended regular classes twice weekly for over 2 years. You will enjoy the improvement in your fitness but you will also enjoy her happy personality. All in all  a very rewarding experience.

Anna and her team at PMP Studios are fabulous. Every class gives you a satisfying workout. Having had shoulder and knee surgeries, these classes give me movement and strength. I just love my classes.

Great studio and in a fantastic location. Anna and the PMP team are very friendly and welcoming. The sessions are challenging and rewarding. I am always looking forward to my next class. Highly recommend this studio.

Very professional in a lovely studio with maximum of six to a class. What makes it outstanding is that everyone is  individually guided according to their specific needs. Anna & her team make PMP Studios a standout, fun choice for reformer Pilates.
