I highly recommend Elite Med Sanctuary Cove! The staff are professional and friendly. Dr Luze Jewaskiewitz took time to listen to my concerns, and her advice was of the utmost professionalism. She was very caring in her approach toward me. I'll definitely return to this wonderful practice that is of the highest standard. Elite Med is an excellent addition to the Sanctuary Cove village. Friendly and professional staff. The doctors are excellent. Dr. Luze goes out of her way to make sure all my questions are answered. She will work with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. She will make sure you are on the same page and feel comfortable. Having a great GP is important and Dr. Luze of Elite Med in Sanctuary Cove is one of them.

Dr Barry Jones has been my family doctor for 15 years.  The rating is for him and not the franchise Elite Medical.  Dr Jones is fantastic, however I dislike how the take over and new staff, yes you are new... to the area, patients, and the practice we go to, they disregard the relationship we had with our doctor before the takeover.  Perhaps take a leaf out of how the previous staff treated and knew their clientele.

Went to this practice located in Sanctuary Cove for the first time since the changeover and it will be my last. If the Doctor is that unhappy with her job should consider a change not treat patients like we owe her a favour. Waiting room was empty which doesn't surprise me. Strongly suggest taking the short drive around the corner to a practice that cares!

Excellent service! A great asset to the Sanctuary Cove village.
