Staff is friendly and always greet you with kind words and a happy smile. Equipment is top tier and environment is incredible, couldn’t recommend it enough. Perfect for all ages

In 2019 I was looking for a gym, eventually after visited afew, found Plus Fitness, Sammy walked me through and signed wife & me up in Oct. A great team and great people to workout with too. Oh, Jenna always smiling and helpful.. Certainly a great place to work out. .
Plus Fitness Menai is the best gym in the area - generous space, plenty of equipment, friendly staff, great community vibe. Love that everyone is there to support eachother and push eachother to reach their goals, no matter what their experience.
Friendly staff are always happy to help and made me feel very comfortable especially when I was nervous about first joining. Great equipment and positive environment.
