Small, but not super busy. Nice members and lovely staff.

I've been going to Kareela Plus for 2 years and in that time I've had generally speaking a good experience. Facilities are clean, equipment in order and staff friendly enough. Recently I broke my wrist and was unable to go to the gym and they put my membership on hold two times which I was grateful for.  When my gym membership restarted I was not notified by any form of communication a simple email/call/text prior to the date would have been helpful to ensure I had funds ready for the payment. Consequently I was charged a dishonor fee on the day I restarted by payment a hefty fee for someone impacted by covid-19.  Overall I think the facility and equipment are great, meaning that the price of membership is quite good. However the customer Service and the payment provider unfortunately has impacted on my experience with Plus Fitness Kareela and therefore I believe the business is an average 24/7 gym.

This gym stands out in comparison to others, the staff and members are always ensuring weights are put away and cleaning the equipment after use. Overall great staff and environment to be in!

Excellent Gym, my whole love being members. Super friendly staff who are always happy to help you. I am really enjoying my PT sessions as well. Looking forward to Plus Performance opening soon

Decent gym in a great location close to Coles and lots of parking. There is only one squat rack. Staff ask you to move off equipment when they are running a private PT session or doing a tour for new members - I would understand if it's for a group class but not when you're showing new members around and could have set up the same workout elsewhere.

Awesome gym to train at. Equipment is new and updated, gym is tidy and well kept, lovely staff and a great atmosphere.  Definitely best gym I’ve trained at recently.

Management is excellent! Always adding new equipment, keeping the place tidy and doing great promotions for existing members not just new customers  Unfortunately every dude in Kareela is here training chest on Monday, but other than that this place rocks and membership is CHEAP

I've never been to a more friendly gym,  they really take an interest, 3 different squat racks and plenty of other equipment,  air conditioning and heaps of parking.
