I’ve been going to Plus Fitness Sutherland for 4 years now and I can say with certainty that it’s my favourite gym! The location is great, there is a wide range facilities and equipment to use which are all in great condition and the staff are super friendly! If you live around the Sutherland area I would definitely recommend giving Plus Fitness a go.

Price of membership is affordable especially for students like me. Good selection of equipment. Keeleigh the admin was super friendly and helpful when signing up my friend and I at this gym.

Love this gym, handy and local, fantastic, friendly and professional staff, been a member for over 4 years, but would love to see an upgrade on the elliptical machines, they really are cranking and old, the ones at Menai branch are fantastic so I have gone there a few times just to use them

I absolutely love this gym. The personal trainers are great especially Taylah and the admin staff are very helpful Vee. I love coming here and training everyday. It feels so welcoming and everyone is just so friendly. Would highly recommend

Too many teenagers hogging machines and play fighting even at 10pm at night. Had to ask one group if I can join in fighting... just so they would stop. Not for the serious gym junky.

Always neat and clean, a very comfortable gym. Vee is very helpful and supportive.

Love this gym, Vanessa and rhi are legends, wouldn’t go any where else best gym in the shire!
