I highly recommend Jack and the team at Vision Sylvania for anyone looking to take control of their health once and for all! Especially if your intimated by the traditional gym setting, Jack is the most gentle and honest trainer you could ask for. I can honestly say Vision Personal Training Sylvania is the best gym I have been to. It has an amazing supportive community, brilliant trainers that take the time to train you right and an owner that is truly passionate about your health and fitness. Joining Vision PT Sylvania has been the best decision I've made. I have gained wonderful friends that work out with me and encourage me and my trainer Jed keeps me motivated and accountable to my goals. The team Jo and Kyle have - Jed, Jodie, Eddie, Matt, Scott and Jeremy are fantastic support and encourage every single person in reaching their goals while creating a fun atmosphere to work out in. If you ever wanted a gym that didn't judge or make you feel uncomfortable, that encouraged and supported you this is the gym for you. I would recommend Vision Personal Training Sylvania to everyone!
