Free parking on site and roomy. Enough cardio equipment and weights to go around. Spacious showers and enough AC to get you through a hot days workout.

Very friendly staff and friendly members. Regulars are just as happy to go about their business as well as help with any questions. It's a great space to work out. Opening up out the back has made a massive difference. There is heaps of parking downstairs if the upstairs parking is full.
