Got to the front of the checkout line for shoes that we’d just tried on, got told they couldn’t find the left shoe of the pair and they’re looking. We waited for about 25 minutes, being occasionally glanced at, I totally understand that it was a busy day but the shoes weren’t even found in the end. We went to JD afterwards which was even busier but they still had everything under control and we were able to try on and purchase from there.
Staff unbelievable rude. trying to buy shoes for my son and we were ignored, we had to ask someone to help us and she placed the shoes down the end of the sitting area opposite to where we were sitting and walked off, we had to find her again in order to ask her a question. If you don't want to work in customer service then maybe this isn't the job for you.
Well left a lil underwhelmed. It was like I had inconvenienced the sales person for asking to try on shoes. He didn't even leave the counter when I asked to try on 3 different pairs. Then I had to repeat which shoes once he could be bothered coming out to see what I had pointed to in the first place. I was the only one in the store at the time so it wasn't a case of being busy. When I asked if he thought one particular pair was too big...doing the thumb test myself, well does it feel too big he said ‍ he could have offered to get the size down to compare...but didn't. I purchased two pairs of shoes that day but really wanted to take my business elsewhere. If I had the time I would have!!!
Poor service and garbage return policy that means u can’t return the wrong shoes they sold you
First time in this store, and probably the last... I was browsing a specific shoe section for a solid 20 minutes and not one single team member approached me or offered any kind of assistance It was half-busy, but not flat-out, and I was actually really wanting help as I had never purchased these shoes before and wanted to know the difference, sizes, try it on, etc.. There were about three people behind the counter Why? Only one is needed when it is not flat-out, and a few staff walking around the store serving all the young kids wanting Nike's. Probably because I am a little different-looking and not one of your average Nike or Adidas-wearing juniors. Pretty disappointing. Shouldn't have to go out of my way to ask for help when there are plenty of staff members. I just left. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Oh well, forget that potentially big purchase I could have made! I'll take my business elsewhere...
I want to compliment Hannah on her exceptional customer service. She was obviously extremely busy but nothing was too much hassle for her. She is very knowledgeable about the products and great with providing advice. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was very impressed.
*** A LOCAL GUIDE - LET'S SMASH THIS REVIEW OUT FOR YOU *** Another review from a local guide, I walked in to the store and was greeted by Daman within not even a minute and he was more than happy to help me with size and strike up a conversation he went above and beyond to insure I was a happy customer unfornately he was honest and didn't try to force sell to meet budget the product on me and if I am out that way again I will definitely be shooting across to the store and seeing them again! Keep it up guys your a ace and a credit to the company.
Good store with a lot of variety of shoes.
These guys seem to want to please. A definite scene store located in a central position. With this concept the shoes seem to sell themselves so don't feel like you will be pressured to buy if you are having a look. Service is casual and friendly. I found it a bit pricey but people like what people like.
Very good customer service while they were super busy at Saturday 26/03/2022, they handled the crowd so well
