I came in excited to spend some big $$$ on my kitchen renovation. After being ignored for 30mins I left feeling frustrated enough to come home and write a Google review - the place was empty and I can see why
The window in the bathroom was positioned quite low so I was nervous while using the facilities.
The kitchens may not be cheap, but the staff treat you like are. My partner and I came to look for a new kitchen however the lady working took one look at us and told us "if you are looking for a cheap kitchen we don't do that here". I chose to ignore her ignorance and ask some questions and get a quote, however her disinterest and un accommodating manner had us running for the door. As a part owner of a business, I think its important that customers leave the venue happy. My partner and I left feeling humiliated. Thanks.
Went into the Whakatane branch fir decking. Nobody came over to help. Finally got someone who daid he would have to ph rep for a quote and ph me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting... Placemakers used to be so good to deal with. Got my decking elsewhere. Will never go there again.
Good friendly service, very clean and tidy
Took an item to be warrantied but the person behind the counter was very rude and was less helpful than being punched in the head. I will never go back in, I would rather go else where and spend more.
Carry good stocks of building materials. The hardware side lacks a little in variety but has the basics.
No one offered to help me. I couldn't see staff so I walked out. I will never go back
