My son and his wife are renovating our whanau home in Opotiki. He came to your store to buy fixtures for the bathroom and kitchen. No one bothered to see him, he went to Mitre 10 in Whakatane and the were attentive and customer oriented we will be buying $8k worth of fixtures from them. Big fail Bunnings. Maria

Good selection, but staff seem to avoid me every time I go there. Fine if you know what you want, but especially in the trade side, don't expect anyone to come to your assistance. Maybe it's me, but the colour of my money is the same.
