We went to Mitre 10nWhakatane to pink up an item we had bought online to Click & Collect. The item was there and ready and we had no issues. It was fun. The only reservation about this Mitre 10 location is the very limited parking. There is space for maybe 15 cars if you combine the parking area in front of the store AND the parks in the street in front of the store. I'd there is more parking, we couldn't see it. The item we were living up was on the large side so we didn't want to park at a the corner in another we r street and have to carry it back Happily, there are two parks available. We left as soon as possible so it would be free for the next person.nnThe staff are very friendly and helpful .
I love shopping in Mitre 10. However, the Staff here need to be a wee bit more friendly and helpful. Wasn't so impressed to be honest. Customer Service is extremely important!
I would like to say that Paul is an absolute star. He was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was interested in. You are a legend and gave exceptional service Paul. Mitre 10. You need to keep this man.
