I would go into minus if I could.... Ordered and had 4 large pizzas delivered which were medium size instead...... And found a roach wing in the trio dippers box.... left the pizzas and dippers untouched and after calling and speaking to the manager to take the pizzas away and for a refun She was rude and started yelling Terrible customer service and told me it wasn't a big deal... Never ordering from you guy again as you're absolutely gross and I'm putting in a formal complaint to the nsw food authority.... Shame I can't attach photos to this review.

The worst ever Pizza Hut store!! Bought chicken wings!! They served us cold frozen wings!! When we called to complain they tell us it’s not possible. When I go to the store they still don’t want to apologies and say it’s not frozen but just cold!! Pathetic customer service and young girls running the store just working for the sake of it. Pizza hurt get some good owners for your stores!!!

My first ever negative review...Dishonest practices and long waiting call queues are their policy. I ordered my food yesterday and when it showed up i realised my drink was missing. I asked the driver where was my drink and he looked at the order and told me that their wasn't one on there. When i asked him to pass the order receipt he handed me my eftpos docket. I said 'no the order you was just looking at'. He gave it to me and jumped in his car. As i was putting the pizzas down and checking the docket, i realised it was on my receipt and he lied (or he can't read). I then tried to call back and after half hour i was being routed around in circles and hung up in frustration. It was only $2.95 but being dishonest in front of customers is bad practice. Prior to writing this i saw two other one star reviews and its not surprising one bit. Poor form, Pizza Hutt Rouse Hill. Next time Dominos.

Never have I received the correct order I made !!!! Staff argue when their incompatant staff cannot find your house when no other company has an issue No care when making pizzas A child can make pizza but pizza hut cannot make pizza

We orded a $33 for a delivery deal we to only have a hidden surcharge fee of $12 without being aware ... disgraceful .. ashamed... bad ethics ... last time doing business here. #youplayedyourseld
