Have been to this Domino’s multiple times. Staff is friendly. Parking is shared with IGA and other restaurants in the vicinity but I never had any issues finding one. There is also street parking if you are willing to walk. Pizzas are good. We mostly buy using deals. From our last order Chicken & Mushroom and Meat lovers was really good.
I accidentally placed an online order twice because received a system error saying that payment of the first order didn't get through. Realising that there were two orders in a short space of time from the same person, the store then called me and asked if I intended to place the two orders. Such a nice and caring gesture!
I recently ordered a vegetarian pizza from this store. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed to find what appears to be a piece of bacon on the pizza. I specifically chose a vegetarian option because I do not consume meat, and finding bacon on the pizza has caused me concern about food preparation practices and possible cross-contamination.
I am super disappointed with Dominos in Australia. In general, it is so bad as compared to Indian chain. I will never order from Dominos ever again and esp Quaker Hills. Pizza was tasting weird, maybe stale ingredients and overall pathetic experience. Dont waste money here.
Non-Veg inside the Vegetarian Pizza nnNever ordering from Domino’s againnnI was in Domino’s Farnham Rd, Quakers Hill, Sydney and ordered a Cheesy Garlic Pizza and there was non veg inside!!!nnFirst I called them and told them what has happened and they put the call on hold. I called up 2-3 time again and it went directly to waiting…nnWhen I went to the store again then it’s that famous “sorry”. On top of this, they told me that they use the same knife to cut the Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian pizzas and it could have resulted in the non-vegetarian piece in the pizza!!!nnI am so shocked at the Domino’s practice and how low quality checks are in place!nnFinally, I got the refund. I am sure people can understand that getting refund was not enough!
