We have just received the most disgusting meal we have ever ordered from the Castle Hill store. Our pizzas arrived without any cheese. The gnocchi was raw. We ordered prawns on the pasta, which we paid extra for. Number of prawns-Zero nothing, nada. When we phoned to complain, the manager told us it must have been the Uber eats driver that managed to extract all the cheese and prawns from the pizza and pasta. He was incredibly rude to my wife. I will be taking this up with the head franchisor, but my advice to anyone who is reading this, DO NOT ORDER from these clowns. We spent $100 and only one meal was edible.

At 5 pm today I ordered 2 traditional pizzas and a garlic bread. I was told that Deal number 2 was now $46 instead of $44. I gave my details and was told that the delivery time would be around 6 pm. At 7 pm I called to inquire if my pizzas were on their way. The staff told me they had no order for me. Highly unreliable and they will mess up your evening

Best pizza in the Hills, finally a pizza that has quality ingredients on an authentic base.  I took my family there, the kids enjoyed the pasta while my wife and I enjoyed a couple of pizzas.  Staff were attentive and polite.  Highly recommend for delivery or sit in, but get in early as there aren't many seats.
