Service is great! The self-serve kiosk's receipt printer we used wasn't working but the lady at the counter assisted me by checking the orders in the assembly.nnFood was great! The meat is rich and filling! The best McDonald's burger we have tasted. Coffee was on point too! The price is comparable to restaurants but it's worth it.nnToilets were clean. Play area for children is provided. Parking and drivethru services are also functional. Wireless charging stations can be used.

I would rarely rate fast food with five stars but the food was really well cooked. And their service was surprisingly great! Had two seperate staff members ask if we had been served as we waited for food.
Have you seen the tik tok videos where staff sneak in extra nuggets?? Well this maccas does the opposite - your 24pack will have 20. 10pack will have 7or 8 and so on.nnIndian guy overfilled our drinks and shoved the drinks in through my window so had to get my car detailed. Spoke to manager jess who said she will replace the order in full then renegged on this via email. Phoned in as jess stopped replying, spoke to jack who agreed to organise replacement and that it would be added to the list. Went to drive thru the next night, jess was there but declined to replace initially….then after debating in drive thru she partially replaced the order. What a mess.
Employee Toby Russell gave us a personal greeting shook our hand and gave up his seat while on break in the dining room for us to sit down and enjoy the lovely food presented.nThis young man showed us kindness and respect would highly recommend castle hill McDonald's to anyone seeking respect and efficient service
