Service is great! The self-serve kiosk's receipt printer we used wasn't working but the lady at the counter assisted me by checking the orders in the assembly.nnFood was great! The meat is rich and filling! The best McDonald's burger we have tasted. Coffee was on point too! The price is comparable to restaurants but it's worth it.nnToilets were clean. Play area for children is provided. Parking and drivethru services are also functional. Wireless charging stations can be used.

Terrible coffee. Not surprised as most Maccas I’ve been too in past 12-24 months are now serving very mediocre coffee.. Baristas? Need more training and daily quality checking of their espresso pour for quality.nThe worst part is that as a drive through customer, it’s very inconvenient to return the item for a refund or replacement.
Was craving French fries; ordered them at drive-through at Macca's Castle Hill on Showground Road. Sorely disappointed!! Seems like the fries were sitting for a while after being cooked, there were clumpy and soggy; not the fresh, crisp and flavorful fries they served many years ago!! Thanks Macca's....totally put me of them fries, which is probably a good thing, I guess! If I ever crave them again I will remember this and skip it!
Extremely poor service at McDonald’s Castle Hill. A key item was missing from my online order, and when I called, the manager was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to resolve the issue professionally. Instead of offering a refund, I was told to come into the store to collect a store credit despite it being a 40-minute round trip. Completely unacceptable and disappointing customer service.
