Service is great! The self-serve kiosk's receipt printer we used wasn't working but the lady at the counter assisted me by checking the orders in the assembly.nnFood was great! The meat is rich and filling! The best McDonald's burger we have tasted. Coffee was on point too! The price is comparable to restaurants but it's worth it.nnToilets were clean. Play area for children is provided. Parking and drivethru services are also functional. Wireless charging stations can be used.
Easily the best drive thru I've been through. I come here frequently and every time I am served fast, even when the drive thru is full the cars just flow as the team here is on top of all the orders. The food is always fresh and well made too. Honestly surprising how consistently good the food is from here as most maccas are pretty average. The team here is clearly a good one that takes care of their work. Highly recommend coming here for quick and quality food.
Had a terrible customer experience in this drive thru. I asked for some ketchup and mustard to go with my meal and was told “ NO”to the mustard, as it would cost extra by the manager who was serving drinks through drive thru. Not would I like to buy some perhaps as it is an extra charge?? No issues - I decided to buy the mustard through the app whilst waiting for my food in the waiting bay and advised the waitress who brought out the food and she was happy to bring me the mustard….then the manager started asking after her as to why she gave me the mustard and advised I couldn’t have it!! I advised the manager I had bought and paid for the mustard through the app and the appalling attitude, response and tone I received was criminal! She pretended the order wasn’t there! Please McDonald’s train your managers in some customer simple service skills!! To top it off she lied about who owned the franchise when questioned on her service skills and now I have to follow up with the head office… all over 65cents… downloading the dashcam footage to show them poor customer service
Hey MaccasnYour Food is a sometimes food for me and usually delivers what I expect nPlease don't forget about another important aspect, the cleanliness of your dinning area. I had to go to 4 different tables to find one with minimal remains on it.
Event hough the food tasted good my quarter pounder cheese was not neatly arranged on the burger. It was really good though but what could have been better was the burger insides like the cheese and the patty to be neatly arranged and not let the inside stick out of it!
