No paper in ordering machines, so lots of customers speaking to counter staff. Order was ready very quickly, but fries were not hot so suggest they were waiting around before we arrived. No napkins or ketchup mini cups. The whole place was scattered with rubbish and debris and all the tables needed a wipe!! Ripped seats and all a bit tired really. Pretty poor all round sadly.
Located on M25 BETWEEN J5 AND J6. You have use the self service ordering machine and which doesn’t really make the speed of delivery any fast but they can just more orders. Food was ok to be honest, been to other branches and it was better in; taste and quality. Indoor seating was a busy so had to go somewhere else and order something else to seat in there area.
Try to order in advance as they're often busy and they don't employ many workers. My order took 22 minutes to arrive. The condiment area could do with a good clean but they probably don't have enough workers to keep an eye on it. Screen showing orders being prepared was not working
Have you ever had to wait 45mins, after ordering, to get your food from a McDonald's? No, well here's your chance to experience hell from the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of using. Embarrassingly slow, ridiculously unhelpful, a complete shambles of an establishment. If I'd have got my food for free I'd still feel ripped off.
Great to see a 24 hour hot food outlet at a services. The neal was pilingnhot and fresh, and the service was excellent. Thanks loads guys, brilliant !Food: 5/5
Avoid. One of the worst places I've been to, to the level that I am trying to avoid stopping here in favour of another stop 33 miles further.. Clearly mismanaged with some of the staff often not knowing what they are doing, not trained and not polite. Two most recent experiences here: 1 had to wait 25 minutes for an order, no comms from staff or manager as to what's going on 2 no chips ready, noone seems to care, most of the free tables dirty, staff not even saying thank you or anything like that.
Very very slow. I very rarely write a bad review unless I have just cause to do so. This McDonald's is consistently very slow, like my photos show they have many order numbers up 'preparing' also many apparently ready for collection but there was nothing on the counter and no staff at the counter either so it was just a bunch of numbers moved to the collect section for no reason and more orders piling up. We go here on the way to visit a family member, so stop here for breakfast or lunch on the way. We've been there before when there have been flies circling around all over certain areas. When we tell a member of staff theyre usually reasonably quick to clean the area but it shouldn't have got to that state in the first place, it takes longer than 5 minutes to get a bunch of flies around an area. We've also been many times when they've not had the milkshake machine working, or the mcflurrys are ALL out of stock so guess that machine wasn't working either. We went once when they'd run out of mcmuffins, so we asked for bagels and theyd run out of those too, that day they didnt have milkshakes either!! All very disappointing when you look forward to a meal and you get nothing at the end of it. It's not happened once either this happens all the time. Every time theres something missing. And every time its very slow service. Staff don't even look like they're trying to get the orders done quickly when theres a rush either. I'm sure they'll continue to get custom because it's a motorway service station but if this was run like this in a town it'd be out of business very quickly, even if it is a McDonald's.
Avoid if you're looking for fast food. This McDonalds is notoriously slow. As I type this I'm waiting for a double cheeseburger that's all I ordered 17 minutes ago.
Ewww. Why was this McDonalds so so so dirty. Why?! All the tables dirty, staff was busy so we had to clean the tables on our own as we had already got our food. Trash was full too.
While waiting for the order, I talked to the employees three times, each time different, because they had not prepared my order for half an hour. the same answer every time. IT WILL BE READY NOW. Masakra service
