Wrong order was delivered twice not even once for our dinner tonight. When we called the castle hill store, they didn’t take the call, we had to call from a different number to speak to them…. Then the person is showing attitude, now what do you want me to do, mistakes happen, he offered us $5 voucher for his mistake, and when we asked for the correct pizza he said it will take another 35-40 mins for delivery, that’s max I can do if you want the pizza, it’s up to you. When we said we will take it to higher level, he said do whatever you want. I ordered the pizza at 7:48 and till 09:30 we were talking to him for another delivery We never expected this kind of service from Domino’s. I needed up cooking our dinner .
I got the burger style pizza white garlic bread and the garlic scrolls. Needless to say, the store looked to be in poor condition n lacked hygiene. I’ve had domino’s from other places, and they are much better. This one was somewhat dark and lacked proper ventilation. After our meal, my bf n I both got food poisoning, with mine being quite severe. We had the food on Saturday, it’s Wednesday and I’m still in bed from headaches, muscles aches, stomach and frequent diarrhoea. I can’t eat anything without going to the bathroom due to how my digestive system is. Please consider carefully before buying from this domino’s.
THE WORST PIZZA TO DATE. 1 STAR MAKES 1 STAR PLACES LOOK GOOD. The dog didn't even eat it.
Horrible place, never going back again. The food was undercooked and the meat was stale. Lastly to mention the staff were horrible to me and my daughter. Which one of them even tried to attack us. I would like to add that one of the staff members were pregnant. She legit gave birth on top of our pizza and served us the baby. Then a homeless man tried attacking us outside to steal the baby off us.
I order pizza for dinner today and let me tell you the service was horrible, they messed up my order and the pizza tasted really odd. I ordered 2 peri peri chicken pizzas and they forgot to add the sauce which is essential to its taste. I called them for some compensation but instead of giving me new pizza, they offered me credit which I reluctantly accepted. The chicken was not even cooked properly. That night, which turned out to be my mum’s birthday, I ended up eating cold, bad tasting pizza. Would not recommend this place to anyone to buy from during weekday evenings especially when a worker who shall remain anonymous is messing up your order and cooking really bad food. The only reason this review gets one star is because the garlic bread was good :
Pizza arrived 45 min late without any apology, explanation, or call from the store beforehand. Multiple attempts to contact store were met with no answer. Had to drive there myself to figure out what happened and got called back by people at home right as was almost at the store that it was delivered so wasted the time to go back. Seriously guys?
Loved the customer service representative Sean! Kind, considerate, and helpful. Great atmosphere in store. Hope all of your employees enjoy lots of benefits, and good pay for the hard work they do, especially Sean! Hope you treat them well, they deserve it!
Pizza had incorrect toppings, was burnt, and arrived squashed against the side of the box. When I enquired why they were unable to contact us if they had run out of our requested topping, the gentleman only responded with "I have no answer" and hung up after I advised I wanted to leave feedback with the manager. Order arrived late but was marked as delivered a long time before actually arriving, and the GPS was never turned on. I have always had a good experience with this store in the past but this was the first time I had ordered in over a year and was suprised just how bad the food quality and customer service have become.

Very poor service and attention to detail, ordered a supreme got a margarita delivered, called to get it fixed took 15 minutes on the phone to just ask to have what I ordered delivered, they didn’t want to do that kept saying we will give you a credit, I’m sorry can’t eat a credit. 40 minutes later my wife calls to find out they are not going to deliver the supreme. I think it may be time for this franchise to change owners utterly useless worst experience I have ever had with a business.
