Located in the shopping centre food court this outlet provides fast service for those wanting a quick stop. Food was well prepared and fresh. One of the better examples of this franchise

Absolutely disgusting. I walk in and look at the guy at the guy at the counter picking his nose. Secondly I got 1 little piece of chicken in my classic wrap which tasted like rubber. I got a bottle of water but didn’t even receive it we had to go to the counter and ask for it ourselves. The only good thing was we got an extra drink because the lady at the cashier didn’t even remember how much drinks we got. I highly recommend NOT TO GO TO THIS NANDOS.

The experience I had at this Nandos was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Tables were unclean and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The sauces had no lids on them and the rims were putrid as they were covered in dried out sauce. Since the sauces were left out in the 40 degree heat, they had gone off and had lost all taste and flavour resulting in the sauce turning into more so of an oil that tasted horrid. The salt shakers were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, evident through the fact that you couldn't actually get the salt out as it was all blocked by gunk. The chips were off and extremely oily, seeming like they had been fried twice. WE asked for hot pasting on the chicken and instead got nothing so we ate bland $40 chicken that was burnt. The service was awful. The staff was not helpful at all and we had to ask for plates, glasses, cutlery and our 'missing' entree. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER returning to this Nandos ever again.

Pathetic service, absolutely disgusting food, dirty tables and chairs that wasnt even bothered to be cleaned. Dont go there!!

While the food is Nando's quality the service here is quite sub par. On my latest visit, as I approached the counter, without even a hi, I was greeted with "Can you make your order quick, I've got to get back to the chicken."

Then, when I gave him my order, he made me repeat each item again as he entered it.
