Today they were so look slow. One cashier was waiting for the manager to give a customer a refund and the other had a massive family that were taking their sweet time to order. Now I know that wasn't their fault but the cashier was chatting to them and not giving them any sense that they should hurry up cause people were waiting. They also have problems with restocking their drinks. Even when they weren't busy it didn't occur to them to fill their drink fridge even though there were some drinks that had completely run out.
