Worst pizza in the Hills.The last 2 times pizza was cold, the pasta tasted frozen and made us literally sick. This time i though i would give another chance. After paying $72 for 3 pizza's , more than double dominoes/pizza hut was going to cost. I was meant to receive complimentary waffles. To my suprise even though the email says " complimentary free waffles " e.g meaning more than 1 !! Also the picture in the email has 2 waffles in it. I ONLY RECEIVED 1 WAFFLE !! I RANG " ASH " AT THE castle hill STORE WHO SAID YES ONLY 1 BECAUSE ITS COMPLIMENTARY. EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURE SHOWS 2 WAFFLES AND THE WORDING SAYS " COMPLIMENTARY FREE WAFFLES " NOT " A FEE WAFFLE ".Its not the waffle that gets me its the blatant deception of something which is inexpensive anyway. After spending best part of $100. To get duped on a $1 waffle .I swear they are the same waffles as you buy from Woolworths

I went and ordered as I did nor know much about italian diet the reception girl smiled at me in a degrading way. I ordered few thing she is not very helpful give short answers not informative that is fine Ar the end she gave rhe pizza and pasta I started walking then realized that she missed the chocolate mouse came back then went to my car and on the way irealized the juice missing .again came back three times visited komathy

I’m Not a type of person to post reviews but pizza and pasta delivered from crust castle hill were terrible, firstly it arrived 30 min late, secondly both pizza and pasta were so cold that we had to put it in microwave. Thirdly, both pizza and pasta tasted disgusting, the only thing that could be tasted was salt. -5 star is what they deserve.

By the time my pizza arrived, 2 hours late, it was cold! On top of that they forgot half my order and took another 2 hours for them to deliver. Yes they have good pizza but do not get it delivered.

Pizza is very delicious and I recommend to try peri chicken pizza. Good customer service and delivery The only downside is the crusts are really soft and would rather have them crispy
