I’ve been going to this mcdonalds for a while. I have noticed a lot of the staff have changed and become more and more rude. The customer service used to be great! and now it’s just a let down. As for the coffee, A nice young boy would always make mine but I never see him anymore, he was a great employee! It’s just a shame to watch this Maccas go down hill after being such a regular.

I love this mcdonald's very fast service especially from a girl names olivia. she is extremely helpful and friendly. She suggested items to get that don't affect my extreme diabetes. I appreciate it. The frozen cokes are delish. I find the milkshakes a bit spicy but apart from that I love this establishment. Cured my fear of fast food.

GREAT ESTABLISHMENT! i was greeted with a "how'do'ya'do" and a friendly smile. I am Castle Hills #1 fan of the ham, cheese & tomato toasties! too bad they don't serve Szechuan sauce... :(

Quick service and food is always great. Many staffs are young people but they are trained well. Love the availability of 'quick order' monitors for faster ordering.
