Good customer service and very delicious food

Very disappointing. All the beef dishes were tough. Can someone PLEASE direct me to a quality or authentic Thai eatery in Sydney. I'm really missing the point of good Thai tucker..

Customer Service was sub-par. Greeter did not speak English. Quality of food was terrible! Prawns were frozen and defrosted into our tom yum soup and salad. Soft shell crab was also frozen and defrosted into our salad. Some were overcooked on the inside from being microwaved and then deep fried and others were still frozen on the inside. Wouldn't suggest going here!
Money bag thai down the street is a better option

Disappointed with even signature dishes. Massaman curry void of any vegetables.

Shocking. My delivery order was due and hour ago and im still waiting. Ive phoned and they told me another 15 mins...that was 45 mins ago. Now theyve taken phone off the hook. Better be getting my money back!!!
