I try not to  order from KFC Baulkham hills, while their people are very nice and try to be helpful. They always seem to stuff up my pick up order. On the the 15th April we got burnt and oil soaked chicken and to top it off they forgot to give us our large potato n gravy. Had to make a trip back to get it. Today again they missed my large chips from my order. The worst KFC in the area no wonders it's mostly empty.

We ordered drive through and the food we got was disgustingly oily. The box and bag was falling apart.

We frequent this store for burger boxes and wicked wings and generally pretty good, so I leave the one star in place and remove four stars. We knew something was wrong after picking up and driving less than ten mins to Crestwood when my wife noticed the oil had leaked through the box, through the paper bag onto her outfit.  See image attached of oil leaking through the box in a short period of time.  I don't like the thigh piece but my wife does so reluctant to say no thighs, so they utilise this and dump 5 thigh pieces, 1 wing, 2 drumstick and two ribs. Well done saved all the good stuff for kids and fussy mums.  See images attached of the underside of the chicken soaked in oil and clearly wasn't drained properly.  Is this why we don't get offered a receipt so we can't get a refund???? Well I'm getting a replacement one way or another. See bank transfer time of order attached and we ordered a family feast no changes whatsoever.  The dogs loved it but may pass away sooner than expected. Edit/add on. Order a zinger Box combo and extra burger on a side, And staff told me to wait in a parking bay. I waited for 15 minutes and I went inside to double check if the food is ready or not. When I went there the staff had no clue about asking me to stay in a parking bay and about the order and said staff will bring the food outside. I went out, waited another 10 minutes and no one was there. I had to go back again and had to ask them where is the food?nThe food was not even packed until I went back inside second time and had to stay there to get the order. I came home and when I checked the order, Extra Burger was missing and the chicken pieces was black and was not good at all.nPaid $24, waited more than 25minutes  for 1 zinger box combo , what a rip-off.

I was served by a very charming girl name Hannah.nI've had the best service from her than any other KFC's till date. She was very smiling, helpful, cheerful. Her customer service was beyond and over everything.nnRequesting the owner & the manager to reward her with the best employee of the year.nShe is the best. Thanks Hannah
