We frequent this store for burger boxes and wicked wings and generally pretty good, so I leave the one star in place and remove four stars. We knew something was wrong after picking up and driving less than ten mins to Crestwood when my wife noticed the oil had leaked through the box, through the paper bag onto her outfit.  See image attached of oil leaking through the box in a short period of time.  I don't like the thigh piece but my wife does so reluctant to say no thighs, so they utilise this and dump 5 thigh pieces, 1 wing, 2 drumstick and two ribs. Well done saved all the good stuff for kids and fussy mums.  See images attached of the underside of the chicken soaked in oil and clearly wasn't drained properly.  Is this why we don't get offered a receipt so we can't get a refund???? Well I'm getting a replacement one way or another. See bank transfer time of order attached and we ordered a family feast no changes whatsoever.  The dogs loved it but may pass away sooner than expected. Edit/add on. Then the geriatric copy and paste below. How much more information would you like? If you want more information give us your store email not a website link with forms like I'm applying for a replacement meal.

Thanks for the rip-off …. The individual pieces of chicken are pathetically small… will not be patronising your store again …. Couldn’t work out why the store was so quiet…. Now I know why…. Didn’t used to be this way

Terrible KFC and service. We stopped by KFC Baulkham Hills for dinner because my little child was very hungry. We ordered food for ourselves and an original burger for the child. However, we had to go back and forth to the counter twice because they kept giving us a spicy burger instead of the original one. This place clearly needs better management. We will never come back again.

Chicken wings were good. However the Zinger crunch twister purchased had no tortilla chips, BBQ sauce for some reason instead of the sauce meant for the twister. Also had no tortilla chips inside and was messily constructed. Chips were also barely salted. Bit disappointing if I’m honest.

I went to go call up to say they got my order wrong and got completely hung up on because I sound young. this is not how you should be treating your customers. completely vile.
